We'll talk through your workloads, take a look at your bill, call out anomalies, and estimate potential savings.
Diagnose
If you decide to work with us, you'll get a dedicated expert and our full suite of tools to find issues in your stack. We focus on cost, but look to tighten security, reliability, and performance as well.
Solution
We'll provide detailed, deployable solutions to address any issues, complete with how-to guides and custom code. We call out risks, effort, savings, and the specific billing codes affected. There's no obligation to deploy, and our solutions are yours to keep.

Whether in Slack, Teams, or follow-up calls, we're here to help you succeed.
Save
We only get paid when we save you money. We'll monitor your bill for nine months, taking 40% of the savings attributable to our solutions. After that, you'll keep 100% of savings for the lifespan of your architecture.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our scan needs read-only access to your infrastructure metadata. We use AWS-managed policies when possible. Specifically, we use SecurityAudit and AWSBillingReadOnlyAccess.
Some optional tools need additional access (for example, our scheduling tool needs to stop and start instances). We use Least Privilege in our custom policies.
Your current monthly bill establishes a baseline cost for each line item. On subsequent bills, any items impacted by our solutions are compared against their baseline.
Savings are normalized by the days in the month for fair comparison.
We test our solutions to ensure they account for all affected line items. Cost increases are disclosed up front and subtracted from savings before fees are applied.
Our reputation is our whole business, so if you think we messed up, we'll do our best to make it right.
Yes. Our solutions will flatten your bill's growth. We're confident that we'll find enough savings to cover our costs, even if you're scaling.
No problem, we'll carve out any line items that you're actively working on as ineligible, and exclude them from our recommendations.
That's ok. We diagnose issues and propose detailed solutions, but your team will always have the final say on deployment.
We're incentivized to give you all the support you need. That said, we make the same business-value-over-effort calculations as you do, and allocate resources accordingly.
